Uber has become a popular cab-hailing service among travellers. However it seems like taxi drivers belonging to Istanbul are so not impressed with the company. And they have went on and sued the company stating that Uber is endangering their livelihoods.

In addition to that, the taxi drivers have also accused Uber of running unlicensed taxi service and have sought a ban on the app as well. However the public sentiment seems to be positive for Uber, some even opining that Uber drivers were more courteous to them and did not overcharge.

Well, this is very relatable to our society as well as we see a lot of auto drivers and private/individual taxi drivers have expressed their dissent towards the popular app based cab-hailing sevice.
