The teaser of Gentleman captures the thriller-like mood of the film. The rom-com element gets the lion's share as the two female leads - Niveda Thomas and Surabhi - are seen speaking some lightter-veined lines.

The line 'Konchem cinematic ga untundi' also suggests that there is place for a fantasy-kinda rom-comish screenplay. Nani's quoting of Mahatma Gandhi's 'Show the cheek' is hilarious. And yes, he is at it again - with his 'ayyeee' laughter.

The line 'He is not as good as he comes across as' says it all. There is a question mark over his true nature. Are we in for a split personality story? Nani's 'How will I let you die so easily?' takes the cake. He is that intense self.

Looks like Mohankrishna Indraganti is going to give us a thorough surprise. The thriller is currently in post-production stage. Produced by Sivalanka Krishna Prasad, the film's music will be out on May 22. Mani Sharma's four songs and the theme song will wow the audience, the makers say.

Avasarala Srinivas, Tanikella Bharani, Vennela Kishore, Anand, Rohini, Sathyam Rajesh, Ramaprabha, Pragathi, Rajasri Nayar, and others are part of the cast.

Story is by David Nathan. Music is by Mani Sharma. Cinematography is by PG Vinda. Editing is by Marthand K Venkatesh. Mohankrishna Indraganti has written the screenplay and dialogues.

The director-hero duo is teaming up for the first time since Ashta Chamma, which released in 2008. Nani has described the movie as the most commercial film from Mohankrishna, while the film is 'very close to his sensibilities.'
