Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut, who had made her debut in Tamil cinema with the Jeeva directed Dhaam Dhoom before a decade, is making her return to Tamil cinema with the movie Thalaivi directed by AL Vijay.

Thalaivi is the biopic of former chief minister of Tamil Nadu and actress Jayalalithaa and the movie is being made in Tamil, Hindi and Telugu and was supposed to release on July 26, but has now been postponed due to Coronavirus pandemic.

Now it has been revealed that bollywood actress Bhagyashree who had debuted with the blockbuster Salman khan starrer Maine pyar Kiya is making her Tamil debut with Thalaivi and she has many scenes with Kangana in the movie, and that her character brings a twist in the heroine's life.
