This is where 'Tholi Prema' & 'AWE' are standing

With the release of 'AWE, the march of 'Tholi Prema' towards the one million dollar mark in the US has seen a spook placed in its wheel, at least temporarily.

The news is that the film, as of the end of Monday, it has made USD 971,580. It could fall short of the one million figure by a whisker on Tuesday. Once it passes the mark, Varun Tej will have had his second such film after 'Fidaa'.

As for 'AWE', it has made USD 637,210 as of the end of Monday. The multi-starrer, an experimental film in its own right, is expected to see through the coveted one million mark in the coming days.
