From what the trailer suggests, 'Winner' is a hero-centric film, with Rakul Preet Singh almost relegated to insignificance. Sai Dharam Tej is on a rampage and it's not just action-wise or acting-wise. His dialogues, thanks to Gopichand Malineni's style, refer to the family lineage, subtly, through Jagapathi Babu's line: 'Gelupu anedi mana blood lo ne undi' (Victory is in our blood). 'Pattu mani pathikellu kooda undav, kani pettukunnarante pathika mandiki paiga potharu', so goes a punch line.

He is strength personified. A sickle at that. Thakur Anoop Singh of the recent 'S3' fame and Mukesh Rishi are among the main villains.

As for romance, Teju says, 'Natho matladandi', Prabhas-style (from 'Bujjigadu'). A special status ('Prathyeka hodha') to the heroine is an indirect tribute to 'babai' Pawan Kalyan's political pitch.

Last but not the least, Prudhvi will be seen as Singam Sujatha, on fire, much like Brahmanandam from 'Baadshah'.

Looks like we are in for a formulaic 'winner' of a movie.
