S.A. Chandrasekhar is acting in the biopic of popular social activist 'Traffic Ramasamy' and his erstwhile associate director Vicky is helming the project.  The film has Rohini as Mrs. Ramasamy, R.K. Suresh as a conventional lead and Seeman, Khusbhu, Prakash Raj, S.Ve. Sekhar, Ambika, Livingston and others playing important characters.

There is a sequence in the film when 'Traffic Ramasamy' would be beaten up by goons and Vicky wanted a Vijay to appear as a mass hero and save him from them.  SAC however felt that it would not be appropriate to bring in his son due to political reasons and instead opted for Vijay Antony who filled in for Thalapathy.
