Vijay Deverakonda hands over 25L cheque to KTR

Vijay Deverakonda on Friday met with Telangana Minister KTR to hand over a cheque of Rs. 25 lakh at the latter's Camp Office. "The actor had auctioned his Filmfare award which he bagged for the film the film 'Arjun Reddy'. The amount obtained from the auction has been donated to Chief Minister Relief Fund," a statement from KTR's office says.

The actor awaits the release of 'Geetha Govindam', whose Teaser will be out on July 22 at 11:05 AM. Rashmika Mandanna is the film's heroine. The film's first single 'Inkem Inkem Inkem Kavale', composed by Gopi Sundar, recently crossed the 10 million views mark.

Directed by Parusuram, the rom-com will hit the screens on August 15.
