Actor Vikram's new film to be directed by Anand Shankar of 'Arima Nambi' fame is yet to go on floors. When we inquired with the sources close to the film's crew, we came to know that the team has planned to start the shooting before the Pongal festival.

The yet to be titled film which was launched a couple of weeks back with a formal Pooja will go on the shooting floor from January 10, 2016. The film is being produced by Shibu Thameens, one of the Producers of Vijay starrer 'Puli'.

Vikram reportedly plays dual roles in this flick and Nayanathara and Nithya Menen will be pairing up with him for the female lead roles. Harris Jayaraj will be scoring music while RD Rajasekhar will take care of the cinematography.

The title and first look of the film will be unveiled soon.
