Actor-comedian Vir Das is very passionate about writing and usually locks himself while writing... This time it's just not an ordinary writing spree for him, for, he is going to write his first ever film script. Juggling between acting, performing for shows, endorsements, taking care of his company Vir is wearing different hats back here.

Vir Das who was in London for the screening of his upcoming film '31st October' at the London Film Festival was scheduled to return to the country early this week. However Vir was loving to be in London and decided to extend his trip by a week to write his first ever film script and his new set of upcoming show in a vintage way on a 90 year old typewriter that he recently bought in London.

He felt this was the ideal place for him to write as he was away from the hustle bustle of Mumbai. "The Script is about a high concept comedy about an Indian family that dabbles in crime across generations. My company weirdass comedy will produce the film and I'm going to act in the same," said Vir Das.

On taking writing in a unique vintage way he commented, "I found this beauty in an antique shop. It's close to 100 years old and was used in a govt office during world war 2. It's kind of amazing when you think about the things that might have been written on it. Also writing on a typewriter is a totally different experience.
