It's official: Vishal to contest Nadigar Sangam polls

Vishal has announced that he would contest in the upcoming Nadigar Sangam (South Indian Film Artistes Association) elections, as he was 'fed up' with the current happenings.

"Despite my best efforts for the construction of a building for Nadigar Sangam, nothing has happened so far. So I am contesting the elections this time," he said.

Vishal further said that he did not have any other intensions for pitting himself in the polls. Meanwhile on the professional front, Vishal has started shooting for 'Paayum Puli' directed by Suseenthiran.
