"It is great so see people being enamoured" - Manoj Bajpayee on 'Chittagong'

IndiaGlitz [Monday, October 15, 2012]

'Chittagong' has released and with good feedback coming its way, Manoj Bajpayee is obviously a very happy man.

"See, people who really appreciate cinema and the ones whose opinion I really honour have gone ahead and hailed the film publicly.

It is good to see them being completely baffled and enamoured by the film. They have also noticed the fact that there is sheer audacity in the story telling. When they talk so highly about the whole product, it is always a great feeling", adds Manoj.

Now one waits to see this film about a long forgotten freedom movement finally get its due through it's cinematic journey.

"When you are dealing with a movement that happened way back in 1930, the core requirement is not only to have a great script but also some fabulous execution that ensures the correct message to go to the audience.

We have to give complete justice not just to the movement but also people who were involved in it", explains Manoj, "We have tried doing that with the film and positive word of mouth should ensure that the journey finds more momentum coming its way."
