If insiders are to be believed, Salman Khan is conscious about the way his 'Dabangg 2' reaches out to the audience; more so because there is certain responsibility factor that has come in as well for the actor who clearly is a Numero Uno Bollywood superstar for last couple of years at least.

"This is a first time that Salman is doing a sequel and if you look at his line up ahead, he hasn't even proposed on when he would start filming his next. He is so conscious of the fact that 'Dabangg 2' is a major film for him and there is a definite positioning that it has managed to gain for itself amongst the audience, industry and trade. He can't and he won't let anyone down", says an insider.

No wonder, there is no other film that Salman has brought on floors ever since the release of 'Ek Tha Tiger'.

"Audience perception about 'Chulbul Pandey' is so strong and he has to surpass that by sinking deeper into this character and try to bring out some unique shades as well. What works though for the film is that people have already been introduced to the character and now it is a matter of taking it further from there", the source adds.

When contacted, Arbaaz Khan said, "In case of 'Dabangg', Salman was discovering the character, now he has seeped so very well in it that he knows exactly from where to start with."
