As we already know, Sanjay Dutt met superstar Rajinikanth personally when he was in Chennai to shoot for 'Policegiri' with KS Ravikumar. And, a meeting like that made people wonder that it wasn't just a social visit to the Superstar. Rumours spread that the two might be planning a film together.

The general idea was that KS Ravikumar would be the director as he has worked with both Rajini and Dutt. Upon hearing this rumour, KS Ravikumar said, "We met for a casual chat and discussed films in general. We didn't speak about collaborating for a project soon. As of now, there is no film that the duo has signed. Rajini sir is not planning on signing any film till the release of Kochadaiyaan later this year."

We certainly do hope they plan on such a teaming up sometime in the future as it would indeed be a treat to see both Rajini and Sanju baba share a screen.

'Policegiri' is the remake of Tamil film 'Saamy' that featured Vikram ('Raavan' and 'David' fame) and 'Khatta Meeta' fame Trisha. The Hindi version has Prachi Desai opposite Sanjay.
