He is known for his elegant style and maintaining a neat-cut personality. But soon one can see Anil Kapoor turning into a la Ghajini kinda character for the Indian version of the popular American series 24.

Buzz is that Anil is soon going to work out seriously on his image - by trying to gain weight, building his physique, following strict diet and doing heavy duty exercise.

And all these the actor will be doing by following a special training from an Australian-based instructor Mark Mead, whom Anil will be bringing down to Mumbai.

In the Indian version of the hi-tech action drama series 24, Anil is said to be playing Jack Bauer, a special agent, for which the actor needs to look all beefed up, with well-toned muscles and build good stamina.

According to sources, the series has heavy duty outdoor action scenes and so Mark has already made Anil to follow a low carb high protein diet plan and after coming to Mumbai, they have planned to go trekking to give a good body work out.
