Abu to speak Arabic

The movie which bagged the best film awards in the 2010 National Award Ceremony 'Adaminte Makan Abu' will soon have a version in Arabic. The movie is now being dubbed in Arabic to be shown before the desi audience of the Middle east.

The movie directed by Salim Ahamed had the best of the names in the technical sides including Madhu Ambat, Rasool Pookutty, Issac Thomas Kottukapilly and Ramesh Narayanan. The movie which told the plight of a poor old Muslim couple to somehow do the Holy Hajj Pilgrimage , was much applauded in festivals all around the world including the London and Goa festival.

Ibrahim Salem, a small time actor who is based on Dubui has been in charge of the dubbing of 'Adaminte Makan Abu' . He himself has done the voice of Salimkumar who has done the lead role in the movie , earning a  National award.
