What made Haniska accept Maan Karate offer?

In the audio launch event of Maan Karate, the film's hero Sivakarthikeyan thanked Hansika for accepting to pair up with him without considering his star status. He also mentioned that Hansika a leading heroine accepted the offer before the release of Varuthapadadha Vaalibar Sangam whose success lead to big leap in his career.

What made Haniska accept Maan Karate offer?

Hansika speaking about the film directed by debutante Thirukumaran to a leading daily magazine has said that she accepted the offer because she liked the script narrated to her. She also recalled that Maan Karate script which had story written by A.R.Murugdoss was the only script she liked among the four scripts she heard on that day.

The Singam 2 actress has disclosed that many people urged her not to act with Sivakarthikeyan but she went on with her decision since she liked the script.

Hansika plays as Yaazhini a modern girl and Sivakarthikeyan is a local guy Peter trying to woo her. The film will hit the screens on April 4.
