'Vikramasimha', the Telugu version of Rajinikanth's 'Kochadaiiyaan', which was initially supposed to be released on May 9th, has been delayed.

The makers of the film said that they have no option but to postpone the film, as the rendering of the 3D version has taken longer time than expected and the demand for the screens has increased suddenly, a very few days before the release. The makers said that these are the exact reasons for the delay and the other news which are being circulated for a few days are just rumours.

The film is ready for a grand release on May 23rd and the makers have also cleared speculations that the release of the movie will delay further. The film has been made in the languages Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Hindi, Punjabi and Bhojpuri and the film will be released on the same day in all the six languages.

Soundarya Rajinkanth is the director of this 'Vikramasimha', the story of which has been provided by famous director K.S.Ravikumar. A.R.Rahman is the music director.
