After making it big in two languages in South India – Vikram is as popular in Telugu (post Aparichitudu) as he is in Tamil, the Chiyaan is getting ready to make his presence felt in Bollywood, once again. After hogging the limelight with Mani Ratnam's 'Raavan', Vikram will once again be seen in a Hindi movie, to be helmed by Bejoy Nambiar of 'Shaitan' fame.

The movie, which is expected to be an action-comedy flick, has been tentatively titled 'David'. "Yes, I am doing a Hindi movie with Bejoy. All that I can say at this point of time is the film will hit the screens later next year," confirms Vikram.

In the meantime, Vikram is happy with the feedback to his recent release 'Rajapattai' (releasing as Veedinthe in Telugu on Dec. 30). "My fans have welcomed the film in a great way. They said they enjoyed Rajapattai a lot. I am happy that my target is achieved," says the actor, who played Anal Murugan, a gym-boy.

At present, Vikram is doing two films simultaneously- 'Thaandavam' directed by Vijay and 'Karikalan' by Kannan. While the former is a modern action entertainer, the latter is a period film, which is about the Chola king who built the dam Kallanai, which is standing strong for more than 1000 years.
