Annapurna Studios against ACT Fibernet in civil court

The management of Annapurna Studios recently moved a chief judge at the Hyderabad city civil court against ACT Fibernet, the leading Internet broadband company. Its petition said that ACT has been using a logo very similar to that of Annapurna Studios.

Following the petition, the City Civil Court has directed ACT not to use the logo any longer till it gives an explanation to the court.
