'Bharat Ane Nenu': 7th Mahesh film to score record at RTC 'X' Roads

BAN: 7th Mahesh film to score record at RTC X Roads

'Bharat Ane Nenu' has grossed Rs. 1 Crore in RTC 'X' Roads, Hyderabad.  This is said to be the 7th film in Mahesh Babu's career to clock this huge amount in the theatre(s) in this area.  

As per a fan page, 'Murari' (2001), 'Okkadu' (2003), 'Athadu' (2005), 'Pokiri' (2006), 'Dookudu' (2011), and 'Srimanthudu' (2015) are the first six movies to gross a crore.   Sections of Mahesh's fans have claimed on social media that the superstar is the only hero to have got seven such movies in his kitty.  

Released on April 20, 'BAN' took 13 days to reach the magic figure.  Produced by DVV Danayya, the Koratala Siva-directed movie is expected to cross Rs. 200 crore worldwide (gross) in near future.
