Shaji Kailash seems to be in a bad time as his new murder mystery 'The Boot’ is finding a little bit difficult to reach the theatres. The film which is enmeshed in an array of problems, the most important being the title registration issue, was earlier planned to be on theatres by the 7th of this month.

But now the producers of the film Pyramid Saimira international is planning to shift the release of the movie to the 11th January of next year. As they found it difficult to acquire the large number of theatres needed for a big release just before Christmas, and also due to the release of their another film Billa in Kerala, Pyramid seems to have stuck up with this decision. The multinational company is preparing to make a grand release of this film which is also their first production in Malayalam.

'Boot' which was completed in a matter of 22 days also have Suresh Gopi with Bala, Honey Rose and Lakshana. Scripted by Rajesh Jayaraman, the director Shaji Kailash is said to have made a different kind of thriller with this film than his usual fares.
