To prepare for the role of a wrestler for his next , 'Brothers'. Sidharth Malhotra was required to gain weight. From a lean buffed up boy to a rugged beefed up man , there has been huge physical transformation that Sidharth has undergone. The actor went on a high protein diet and did intense weight training to build muscle.

Sidharth also grew a beard for the same. His look has gardened immense appreciation from all quarters. However, currently, Sidharth is losing weight for his next film.

'Brothers' releases in July , so will we Sidharth get back into his bulked up grungy look for the promotions of the film?
