Chiru's 150th film: Muhurtham set

The long and excruciating wait of Chiranjeevi fans is hopefully coming to an end. In the past, two or three dates were fixed as the muhurtham to launch the Megastar's 150th film. It was to be announced last Dasara itself. However, it was later postponed to Sankranthi. The latest news is that the film will be launched officially in the third week of April.

Chiru, who has been busy making arrangements for his daughter Srija's wedding on March 28 in Bengaluru, underwent a benign surgery recently in Mumbai.

His 150th movie, a remake of Vijay-starrer kaththi, will be directed by VV Vinayak.

It has to be seen whether the movie will be launched in April or not.
