Speaking at the launch of 'Brochevarevaru', his next film in partnership with Raj Kandukuri, ace producer D Suresh Babu said that films being aired on television in less than a month of their theatrical release is an unhealthy trend.

"They don't understand what kind of harm it can do the industry. In future, are they going to release movies directly on television?" he asked.

Suresh opined that, these days, people wonder if something is a real success meet, given that everybody is doing it for almost every film.

The Suresh Productions supremo also felt sorry about the fact that promotion costs have gone up exponentially. "For a film made on a crore, that much more is having to be spent on promotions," he said.
