It was Janhvi Kapoor, her sister Khushi Kapoor and father Boney Kapoor who today received the National Award that Sridevi was given for her performance in 'MOM'.  

Janhvi was dazzling in saree and there is a story behind it.  Since the posthumous award means a lot to the Kapoors, the yet-to-debut actress made it a point to wear her late mother's saree.  

Fashion designer Manish Malhotra said on Instagram, "The very pretty @janhvikapoor as she goes to receive Sridevi Ma’am’s much-deserved National Award for her fabulous performance in 'Mom’ ... An Actress and a human being and the friend that we all miss every day of our life’s ... Jhanvi Kapoor in her Mom's personal Saree for this emotional and precious moment."
