Fahadh Faasil is all set to make his Tamil debut with the much-anticipated film ‘Velaikkaran’, starring alongside Sivakarthikeyan and Nayanthara. A day ago, Fahadh and Sivakarthikeyan was at Kochi promoting the film. In the media interaction, Fahadh Faasil revealed that language barries never stopped him.

Sivakarthikeyan who had all praises for the actor said, “Fahadh has a lot of dialogues in the film as well. But the language barrier never stopped him. He put in more effort to learn the language even better and speak it fluently.”

Fahadh Faasil soon joined the Remo actor, and revealed that he used to write the dialogues in English and then by heart. He says, “The dialogues were more than nine pages. I used to write the dialogues in English and then learn them. Before the shooting started, I had some doubts about speaking Tamil because it is easy to perform in the language you think in. In Malayalam, I can improvise and acting is easy because I think in Malayalam but for Velaikkaran, I had to prepare for a role, which is a first for me. ‘It is just a language man; you can do it!’ is what Mohan sir told me casually.”

Directed by Mohan Raja, Velaikkaran is slated to release on December 22. The Malayalam dubbed version will also be releasing on the same date. Owing to the huge fan base Fahadh has in the state the team is planning for a grand release in Kerala as well.
