We are all busy knowing what is there for us in the Budget. But a girl, whose identity is yet to be established, today got busy photo-bombing Jayant Sinha, the Union Minister, in the premises of the Indian Parliament.

The girl could be seen putting up a mocking expression, either deliberately or otherwise, from behind Sinha's back. The picture is now doing the rounds on the Internet.

As for photo-bombing, the Internet has this meaning for the term: "Spoil a photograph of (a person or thing) by unexpectedly appearing in the camera's field of view as the picture is taken, typically as a prank or practical joke."

We have only one thing to say. Photo-bombing a Minister strengthens our democracy!
