Gautami last acted in a Malayalam movie back in 2003 titled Varum Varunnu Vannu`. The actress is back again in Mollywood through a film directed by P. T. Kunju Muhammed titled Vishwasapoorvam Mansoor`.
The character of the actress is of a modern mother-in-law named Malieakal Fathima Beevi. The lead roles of the film are essayed by Prayaga Martin and Roshan Mathew. Gautami will act as the mother of the character played by Roshan Mathew.
Other cast includes Renji Panicker, Shweta Menon, Sajitha Madathil etc
