Harini commits suicide fearing she won't get a new job

Pogaku Harini, who hails from Mahbubnagar, has committed suicide in a hostel at Hyderabad's Gachibowli. The 24-year-old was a junior software developer in a company here.

The reason for her suicide has been established by the police. As per them, Harini was fired by her company recently. Her last working day was to be November 29. The woman feared that she might fail to land another job.

As a result, she hung herself to the ceiling in her hostel room on Tuesday night. The police have registered a case.

As per the Raidurgam police, the death happened under "suspicious circumstances".
