Actress Jewel Mary is doing her second movie, which is once again with Mammootty. She will essay the role of Umadevi, a social activist who fights for the cause of a model village. She will not be playing Mammootty's lover in the movie. Serious relationships are portrayed in the movie, but not with each other.

The movie is titled 'Uttopiyayile Raajavu' and is a political satire. Kamal directs this movie. This is Jewel's second movie with Mammootty. Her first one, 'Pathemari' in which she plays Nalini, wife to Mammootty's character, is awaiting release.
