Kaniha recently backed Dileep in his statement against fake news in an incident where his daughter was dragged into such issues. She said that she and her family also became prey to such journalism.
She spoke this in the wake of recent incident where a section of media reported that she and her husband were heading for a divorce. She added that it has hurt her family so much and online media and social should restrict such tendencies of fake news in the name of reporting.
Someone writes something and it spreads like a wildfire and all media copies and spreads such news. This should stop and before reporting they should enquire whether it is true.
