We recently reported that Sandalwood actor Shiva Rajkumar, late Rajkumar's son, will be seen in an impactful cameo in 'Gautamiputra Satakarni'. The same has now been confirmed by the makers.

'We are extremely delighted to have Shiva Rajkumar joining the 'Gautamiputra Satakarni' family by accepting to play a guest role. We thank Balakrishna garu for suggesting his name. This is the first time that an actor from legendary Rajkumar's family is debuting into other language film industries,' the producers have said.

Director Krish is likely to begin the shooting of key episodes on the Sandalwood actor in the next week.

Slated for a grand January 12, 2017 release, the film recently sealed business deals for the Telugu States.
