It's the legendary actress Savitri's birthday today. Marking the occasion, Keerthy Suresh has written a love letter to the late actress, thanking her for changing her life (courtesy 'Mahanati', the film).

"This is to you, a legend who will be remembered for ever and ever. You chose us, showered with your love and blessings, gave us all the energy and positivity to fight and cross all the borders and get here," the 'Sarkar' actress says.

"You made us feel we deserve everything that we got and I genuinely hope that we made you happy. 'Mahanati' was a platform to bring you back to life. We hope that we did justice to you. We tried our best and you will always be irreplaceable. You changed our lives and you changed my life," Keerthy signs off on an emotional note.
