Golconda High School, a movie with sports as a backdrop had a peculiar trouble. The movie is an inspirational coach story with Sumanth playing cricket coach. This action sports film started its shooting an year ago. Since there were incessant rains this year and most part of the film was outdoor shooting, the movie got delayed. Besides what was more troublesome for the film makers is the pace at which the kids acting in this film were growing.

Most kids acting in this film are teenagers and they grow fast. For every shooting schedule, the kids looked different as they were growing.

"I remember a few kids were short in the first schedule of the shoot. By the second schedule, they grew as tall as me and I was perplexed. They were in growing stage and so we had to finish off our movie fast" laughed Sumanth, playing the lead in this film.
