Following the mega hit performance of Keerthi Chakra in theatres Major Ravi is the hot property in the Malluwood industry now. Originally a major in the forces and then a director of commando sequences in films, Major Ravi has earlier associated with the making of many films with similar subjects like Main Hoon Na, Aalavanthan and Pattalam.

Now offers are flowing in excess around the director from producers to make films in different languages on similar subjects. The director who haven't so far accepted any invitations, decided to enjoy the victory for the time being and remain free from assignments. For the next month, Major Ravi is planning to bounce back with a big budget multi starrer by the end of 2008.
