The shooting of director Joshy's Pothen Vava starring Mammootty and Gopika is on at a full pace.

Joshy, who has just wrapped up `Janmam' with Suresh Gopi, says Pothen Vava will be a family entertainer with lots of humour and action. Gopika plays Mammootty's ladylove in the movie. She is cast in the role of an advocate.

According to Joshy, 'The movie dwells on a serious issue haunting the society in an entertaining way.'

Plans are on to release the film this November. The movie has lyrics by Vayalar Sarat Chandra Varma and music by Alex Paul.

Joshy, who in the company of Mammootty had delivered several hits in the past, expresses confidence that Pothen Vava will also emerge a bigger hit. The movie has all ingredients in it to become a blockbuster. Watching Mammootty's performance from very close quarters gives me immense joy and I consider extremely happy to work with him.
