Mammootty's 'Puthiya Niyamam' gets U/A certificate

'Puthiya Niyamam' starring Mammootty and Nayanthara in the lead roles has bagged a U/A certificate from the censor board. The movie diercted by A k Sajan chronicles the life of Ad. Louis Pothen and his wife Vasuki. Louis is from an orthodox christian family, who is a communist, social activist and a film critic. Vasuki is from a traditional Brahmin family, and is a Kathakali artiste.
Certain issues in the life of this couple and how they resolve it forms the crux of the story. The movie was slated to release last Christmas but was postponed due to a long post production schedule. With the clearance from censor board, the movie is expected to release soon.
