In yet another incident of rape of a minor girl, a 16-year-old was reportedly kidnapped and then raped by two men near Noida's Gautam Buddh Nagar. The victim was returning from her sewing class.

The police have found that the accused were motorcycle-borne when they kidnapped the girl. They fed her alcohol by force, beat her and raped her. Hours later, the next morning, they threw out the girl outside her residence in Dastampur village!

The accused are yet to be traced. Cases against them under Section 376 (rape) of the IPC, the Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and the Scheduled Castes and Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 have also been pressed against the duo.
