Mohanlal will play the lead role in Rafi Mecartin's new film. Joy Thomas Shaktikulangara for Jithin Arts will produce the film.

The script for the Mohanlal's film is getting ready. Mohanlal is currently busy shooting for Sathyan Anthikad.

Last year was disappointing one for Mohanlal, who started the new year with a bang. His performance in Tanmatra fetched him the Kerala State Award. Now he is busy with a host of films getting ready for release one after another.
