Nani, who has been shooting for 'Tuck Jagadish' in Hyderabad, has been signed up for a musical rom-com by 'Brochevarevarura' director Vivek Athreya. The project was announced on Friday. Nazriya Fahadh of 'Raja Rani' fame is debuting in Telugu with this entertainer.

"This Diwali, we have a new addition to our Telugu film family, let’s welcome Nazriya Fahadh! The ladi has been lit for the #CurtainRaiser and its going to blast on 21 November 2020. Circle this date and tune in! (sic)," Mythri Movie Makers tweeted. This is Nani's second outing with the banner after the 2019 film 'Gang Leader'.

Musical rom-com is a genre that is usually targeted at youths. For Nani, love stories are a forte. The film will be shot in 2021.

The 'Jersey' actor will be shooting for Rahul Sankrityan-directed 'Shyam Singha Roy' from December or so. Sai Pallavi and Krithi Shetty are its heroines.
