NTRs promo video has a sentimental appeal

The promo video of IPL starring NTR as its brand ambassador for the Telugu states is out.  This is the star's first full-fledged appearance in front of a camera after he turned physically dashing for his next movie.

Written and directed by Trivikram Srinivas, the promo video builds a sentimental value around watching IPL in Telugu.  In doing so, the writer-director uses culturally-rooted dialogues.  

NTR's superstardom will now go into promoting the upcoming IPL season in the Telugu States.  The promo videos are a part of Star TV's localization efforts.  

A press briefing will be held at 3:45 PM on Tuesday.
