Pawan Kalyan has instituted women's committees in Jana Sena. The inclusion process was cumbersome and meticulous.
"With this revamp, we are tightening the loose structure that has been there so far. Women cadres who are enthusiastic to work for the party have found a place in the committee.
They also are strong in terms of their intellectual prowess. I have seen their strength. We have selected as many as 200-300 women. They have held district-level activities. Even those with no prior political experience have found a place in the committee. They will be given functioning guidelines," Pawan Kalyan said.
