Mohanlal in his most recent blog said that popular films are all cooked up and deserved no imitation. He said it is the great lives we see around that we have to imitate. Imitating on screen characters have always happened.

But more than imitating them, people should imitate great personas like Swami Vivekandnda, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam etc. In his blog he adds that popular movies are meant for people to cheer. enjoy with friends and be entertained.
