There are unconfirmed reports, quoting certain sources, that Abdul Rasheed Ghazi of Jaish-e-Mohammed has been either killed or trapped by India's security forces on Monday. Abdul alias Kamran, a Pakistani national, was one of the masterminds of the recent Pulwama carnage in which 49 jawans were martyred.

Official sources are yet to confirm the news. But with a couple of national media reports saying it, the news is being believed by many. Masood Azhar of JeM, one of the most wanted terrorists, may be in for a shock with a report saying that his nephew too has been killed.

There was a prolonged encounter operation launched by our security forces to wipe out terrorists. It went on for more than 12 hours.
