Sai Dharam Tej started shooting for his 15th movie today. He was cooped up at home for more than five months after he met with a road accident on September 11 last year. His recuperation is completed and he is now back in action.

The 'Prati Roju Pandage' actor was welcomed back on set by the team of his new movie in a touching manner. Unit members held placards welcoming him back. This had the actor get emotional. "Thank you Team #SDT15 for the surprise welcome. Being back on sets again is so exciting and emotional for me and you multiplied it with your love. Thank you babu, Varun Tej, for the pleasant surprise. Special thanks to R Narayana Murthy garu for coming all the way (sic)," the 'Supreme' actor wrote on Twitter.

The film, which is yet to be titled, is jointly produced by Sukumar and BVSN Prasad. Karthik Dandu is directing this mystical thriller.

In a recent video statement, Sai Tej thanked everyone for wishing him a speedy recovery during the recuperation stage. He also said that he is alive only because he was careful enough to use a helmet.
