Association of Malayalam Movie Artists (AMMA) has issued a show cause notice against leading actress Meera Jasmine, for not appearing for the shoot in the specified dates, for their maiden production 'Twenty Twenty'.

The association was forced to call off their shoots early this month, due to the non availability of the actress who was destined to do a big character opposite Dileep.

Meera Jasmine, on the other hand is in the view that she has been cooperating with the production activities and has been contacting the executive producer Dileep from last November, asking whether they can shoot her part in December, January or February. But since the dates she earmarked clashed with the dates of other stars, Dileep was not able to utilize the dates in the earlier months.

Meera further clarifies that she had by then, already marked the dates that AMMA asked in March, for a Telugu film that is being planned to get released by the 20th of May.

Being a professional she was not in a position to readjust the already allotted dates, since the Telugu film demanded her all round participation in all the dates.

Most of the super stars in Mollywood believe that she has got an attitude problem which is evident from the fact that Meera readily found dates for Kamal's 'Minnaminnikoottam' which started its shoot by April 14, ten days ahead of the days asked by AMMA.

All the big guns in AMMA are in the opinion that action must be initiated against Meera for not being part of this mega starrer.
