Final mixing is in progress for 'Sivaji' directed by Shankar and produced on the banner of AVM with Rajanikanth and Shriya in the lead. The film is on the sets for the past 15 months.

Bellamkonda Suresh, who bagged the Telugu dubbing rights for the film in organised a press briefing to disclose the details.

Suresh says, 'There are many reasons for the delay in the release of this prestigious film. Especially Shankar did not compromise on the quality and other issues. That was the reason it took over one and a half year for the completion of the movie. For mixing alone, he consumed 45 days. Director Shankar made the film attractive to all classes of audiences. In one way, it is a film made in Rajani style with Shankar's mark. We are going to release the film on May 31. 'Aaku Chaatu Pinde Thadise…' — the popular song of the late NT Rama Rao in 'Vetagadu' was choreographed again on Rajanikant and Shriya with similar costumes and get up of NTR and Sridevi. I thank AVM unit and director Shankar for allotting the Telugu dubbing rights to me. Likewise, I bagged the rights of the Telugu version of forthcoming film to be directed by Shaktivel and produced by Shankar. The film would go to sets from May 18.'
