Sexy diary notes become evidence against girl & lover who killed husband using cyanide

Sofia Sam an Indian girl settled in Melbourne, Australia after getting married to Sam but she could not forget her college lover Arun Kamalasanan. Arun abandoned his wife and kid and also migrated to Australia and carried on his illegal love affair. In October 2015 the duo felt that the unsuspecting Sam was a hindrance sedated him and when he was sleeping beside his five year old child they poured a orange juice mixed with cyanide into his mouth.

The cops initially closed the case as a heart attack but suspecting foul play kept a close watch on Sofia and Arun who carried on their affair. A diary was the main evidence which landed them in trouble. According to news.com.au the diary excerpts are

nside Ms Sam’s diary, which she gave to Ms Kamalasanan shortly after he arrived in Australia from India, she wrote: “We never know why we like someone more than others.” The day after, she wrote: “I feel to hug you and comfort you.”

On February 2, 2013, Ms Sam wrote: “I’m waiting for you.”

Six days later in either Hindi or Malay, she wrote: “I wish to sleep in your arms … I want to be yours but you are not mine.”

On February 17, she wrote, “Miss you a lot dear. Can you hold me tight” and “Hug me tight, hold me rude. I am here for you.”

On March 8, she wrote: “Why I am made with rock heart? Why I am so cruel? Why I am so cunning? I — you make me do bad things. Why you made me bad.”

On April 12, she wrote: “I feel proud to be yours. I just think, if you are with me, I can reach heights.”

On July 10, Ms Sam wrote: “I feel like running and coming close to you, but my heart is helpless.”

And on July 18, she wrote: “Planning is always needed in what we do” and then “an idea without a plan is no more than a dream.”

The Australian judge has sentenced Arun Kamalasanan to 27 years and Sofia to 22 years imprisonment and their parole will be available only in 2036 for what he termed as premeditated cold blooded excruciating murder. He also observed that Sofia did not show any remorse for her action.
