Tharangam which marks to be Dhanush’s maiden production venture in Mollywood is directed by debutant Dominic Arun and scripted by Ithihasa fame Anil Narayanan. 'Tharangam' will feature Tovino Thomas in the role of a funny cop - a funny cop, who has Balu Varghese as his side-kick. 

Apart from Tovino Thomas, Tharangam also features Manoj K Jayan, Shammi Thilakan, Vijayaraghavan, Sijoy Varghese, Neha Iyer etc in important roles. 'Tharangam' has music by Rajesh Murugesan, who had also scored blockbuster songs for 2015’s cult hit 'Premam'. Tharangam will hit the theatres on September 29.
