Naga Chaithanya is acting in the role portrayed by Nivin Pauly in Premam. A star studded event was organized for the audio launch of Premam in Hyederabad. From Mollywod Madonna Sebastian, one of the heroines in the film attended it. She is doing the same role which she had done in Malayalam version. Anupama Parameshwaran is also repeating the same role in it.
